ice noise

the room was barely clean, and I really expected an upgraded space for my stay, given the price. the ice machine noise was unbearable, and I had to deal with a dirty fridge. woudl it be too much to ask for complimentary water? I came close to giving this place a good review, but the offenses are just too many.
